Shipping, Returns & Refunds


We DO NOT cancel orders after they have been placed. We have the right to cancel unpaid orders as well. We accept all credit cards, and PayPal as payments.

Pick Up Orders

Orders take up to 24 hours to be prepared. Once payments have been received, the pick up location will be provided as well as a phone number to text or call.

Pick ups run on:

  • Thursday: 11am - 3pm
  • Friday: 11am - 2pm
  • Saturday: 11am-3pm

Please text or call the given number prior to arrival. Please state your order number as well as your name prior to pick up.


Processing orders before shipping will take approximately 1-3 business days. Shipping within Canada may take  2-6 business days. Orders outside Canada that are standard orders can take 5-12 days business days. Shipping options are available at the end of your checkout as well taxes will be added at checkout.

  • Miami Mami.Co is NOT responsible for international custom fees
  • Miami Mami. Co is NOT responsible for any damages caused by the courier.
  • Miami Mami. Co is NOT responsible for ANY lost item. If you review your tracking number and the package is delivered but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with Canada Post.

Orders are never shipped on a Saturday or Sunday! Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays all packages are shipped via (Canada Post, DHL).

Unfortunately we DO NOT provide returns or exchanges on purchased products.

We only refund items that have been incorrect or missing from your order we will only refund, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of the order being delivered.Order number must be provided. We do not ship placements.

If the items are in stock, orders placed between Monday-Friday before 5pm and will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing the next business day.
